Ingridients :
- 7-8 oz rice vermicelli, soak in boiling water about 3 minutes or until soft
- 3,5 ounces of veggies (cauliflowers etc)
- 1 boneless & skinless chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
- 1,75 ounces of Shrimps unshelled (optional)
- 2 eggs
- 4 cloves garlics chopped or 1,5 tablespoon of choped garlic
- 2 tablespoon of cooking oil
Seasoning :
- 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 4 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Ang Ciu/red wine (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of chicken brooth powder (optional)
Coking Directions :
- Heat up a wok and add in the cooking oil.
- Add in the chopped garlic and stir-fry until aromatic or turn light brown.
- Add in the chicken meat and stir fry until the chicken is half done. set aside, fry the eggs
- Add in Veggies and cover, until they half done
- Add in the rice vermicelli and then follow by the seasonings. Stir the rice
- vermicell continuously to blend well with the seasonings. Continue to stir fry for 2-minutes or until noodles turn soft or no longer wet.
- Dish out and serve hot. add cucumber pickles if you want.
Set aside the Chicken, while you fry the eggs
Add the veggies, then cover until they half cook
Then add the noodles, and he sauce, mixed well
Bahan :
- 200 gr bihun, rebus dalam air mendidih selama 2-3 menit atau sampai empuk
- 100 gr sayuran , kembang kol, sawi hijau
- 1 buah dada/paha ayam, buang tulangnya, potong kecil-kecil
- 50 gr udang/ati ampela
Bumbu :
- 4 siung bawang putih, keprak
- 2 sdm kecap asin
- 2 sdm saus tiram
- 4-5 sendok makan kecap asin (bisa dikurangi bila tidak suka manis)
- 1 sdm ang ciu (opsional)
- 1/2 sdt lada
- 1 sdt kaldu bubuk (opsinal)
- 2 sdm minyak goreng
Cara memasak :
- Tumis bawang putih sampai harum, tambahkan ayam + udang/ati ampela, Jika sudah setengah matang, sisihkan, lalu goreng telur.
- Tambahkan sayuran, tutup sebentar agar sayuran setengah matang.
- Tambahkan bihun dan bumbu yang lain
- Masak terus sampai bumbu tercampur rata dan meresap
- Angkat segera, dan sajikan bersama acar
