The stuffed mushroom
Portabella Mushroom
Bahan :
- 1 pack jamur portabella (di jual demikian di supermarket) sekitar 200 gr/One pack fresh mushroom, about 200 g or about six pieces
- 100 g udang kupas, potong-potong/100 g shelled fresh shrimps, chop
- 150 gr wortel, kupas dan serut/150 g carrots, peeled and shredded

- Garam bila dirasa perlu/ salt if needed
Tepung untuk pelapis/Batter:
- 150 gr terigu/150 g all-purpose flour
- 2 sdm tepung maizena/ 2 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 sachet Susu Dancow putih (27 gr)/ 27 g white milk powder
- 200 ml air/200 ml water
- 1/4 sdt garam/1/4 teaspoon salt
For mushroom and the filling :
- Jamur sudah bersih dan siap pakai jadi patahkan batangnya/The mushrooms are clean and ready to use, remove the stems, chop them finely
